Staff Sergeant David G. Bellavia, U.S. Army, distinguished himself by acts of gallantry and intrepidity above and beyond the call of duty on November 10, 2004, while serving as a squad leader in support of Operation Phantom Fury in Fallujah, Iraq. He was awarded the Medal of Honor for his gallantry in combat.

Focus on Valor is presented by Col Jay Seffern, and is introduced by nationally syndicated radio talk show host 1stSgt John David Wells.
